Kristi's experience in real estate began 14 years ago when she purchased her first home at the age of 17. As the renovations progressed, and the run down brick house was transformed into a beautiful home, her passion for real estate began.

After buying, renovating and selling many properties, Kristi went into the business of advising others how to maximize the value of their own homes. Through her experience in renovating, landscaping and teaching interior design, Kristi has helped many clients not only dramatically enhance the appearance of their homes, but also achieve the best possible price.

Thoroughly enjoying working within the industry, Kristi continued to explore her passion for real estate by becoming a sales consultant - she had found her niche. Kristi quickly developed a reputation as an enthusiastic and highly motivated agent. Involved from the outset by giving advice on how to best present a home for sale, through to the final marketing strategy, Kristi understands the importance of the many steps involved in the process of preparing a home for sale. It was after 2 years working within this capacity that Kristi decided to join with other like-minded people, establishing her own company, 41 Degrees Real Estate.

Formally “Tasmanian Sales Manager” for a leading International company, Nicole is no stranger to operating efficiently and effectively in fast paced, and highly demanding environments. After 15 years in the client service industry, Nicole decided to combine her two passions together – her love of working together with people and Real Estate. Joining 41 Degrees was an obvious choice! The high quality marketing, dynamic environment and mission to exceed clients expectations met all of Nicole’s requirements, providing the perfect workplace to thrive. Nicole has always strived and excelled at attaining the extremely high goals she has set herself throughout her career. Nicole loves her chosen profession and is committed to maintaining her reputation for integrity and honesty.

Kate has literally been around the world and back! During years of travel, Kate was constantly reminded of the reasons why Tasmania and particularly her home town of Launceston is such a fabulous place to live. Kate purchased real estate in Launceston long before moving home and on her return transformed her character cottage by way of a hands on renovations. Kate’s passion for the real estate industry has been ignited. A move into the real estate industry was a natural career progression for Kate. Working as a property consultant allows Kate to apply the knowledge gained from completing a Business Degree at Monash University, while indulging her personal interest in real estate. Kate is client focused, high energy, passionate and committed to being an outstanding property consultant.

Courtney is a Launceston local – born and bred and her love of this town shines through her enthusiasm for the city and its wonderful properties. Her background prior to real estate has always been in areas where she can utilize her skills in marketing and communication these being media, retail and the fitness industry. No stranger to hard work, Courtney played an integral part in helping produce Southern Cross Nightly News. She has also been recognized by the Aussie Host program and gained qualifications in Business Administration. All of these, she feels, assist her in providing you with quality service and first rate marketing. In addition to her duties at 41 Degrees Courtney, is also a Fitness Instructor and teaches classes at Beach House Fitness. As with her fitness role – Courtney strives to make buying and selling an enjoyable, hassle-free and fulfilling experience for all. “I love being able to help people turn their real estate dreams into reality”

Linda started in Real Estate in 1979, spending her first ten years as an office manager and then property manager in a small local firm. Moving on in 1989, she joined real estate and rural company Roberts Ltd to lead the Launceston Property Management Team. Successfully transforming the department into one of the top performing in the state. Linda has held management License since 1993. Linda spent sixteen years at Roberts Real Estate, expanding into Commercial Leasing and Commercial Property Management. Linda joined the enthusiastic and motivated team at 41 Degrees Real Estate to bring wealth of experience and expertise in both Property Management and Leasing and has now established a quality commercial and residential rent roll. As one of Launceston’s longest serving property managers, Linda looks forward to meeting you and discussing your property management needs.

Mel has been with 41 Degrees right from the very beginning. With the companies rapid expansion Mel has played an integral role in introducing all new staff members to the organisations culture, values operating procedures. The variety of skills Mel has acquired during her 5 years in real estate are utilized everyday. Melinda manages advertising, administration, client liaison and all aspects of property, office and client management.

Sherry will almost certainly be the first person you interact with when contacting 41 Degrees Real Estate. For this reason was strategically recruited for her combined customer focus, management experiences and business administration skills. Sherry’s sunny disposition will always ensure visiting our office will be an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Kristy joined 41 Degrees Real Estate in November, 2007 as a Real Estate Management Scholarship Holder. Kristy provides excellent client service and highly values communication. Kristy’s proactive and enthusiastic approach is currently benefiting the property management department; she looks forward to assisting you further.
